DMA/Connectivity/Group Leader Seeking individuals with track records in client connectivity and trading application implementation to lead our DMA/Connectivity team. DMA/Connectivity team in Tokyo covers a wide range of responsibilities from client connectivity and trading system implementation to external client and internal user trading application support. This is a young and dynamic environment where everyone is hands-on and enthusiastic. A group leader will be responsible for: - Project management, in both client connectivity and trading applications. The group leader will communicate to the business/sales-trading desk and the end clients, analyze the technical requirements, schedule and allocate the work among the team, and follow it up to completion. - Production support. Helpdesk is part of the DMA team and provides production support for trading applications and client connectivity platform for both internal and external users. Group leader will be responsible for maintaining the helpdesk in operation and will provide second level support, escalation and issue management. - Product management of the order routing/DMA platform. This will include application development - implementation and configuration of new features for the order routing applications, and liaising with overseas development team to schedule and develop new features for Asian users, and quality assurance for new software features. - Client Connectivity implementation in Asia. The task covers the full cycle of client connectivity, from the initial discussion with the client technical representative, explanation of Firmfs functionality, implementation of network to FIX certification testing and deployment of production configuration.
